Step 1

Get Your Printer Started

1Connect the label printer to your computer with the USB cable
2Pull the release latch to open the cover and load the label.

Preset the printer

Step 2

Label Loading

1Make sure the green guides are touching the label sides. Then close the cover.
2Turn the power on (I: ON, O: OFF)
3Press and hold the Green Button until hearing one short beep. Itโ€™ll begin automatic label identification.

Tips๏ผšPlease run the label size identification every time you change a different label.

Download the driver from the USB driver attached or https://offnova.com/pages/download

Run the driver, select the name and port, then click โ€œGet USB Portโ€.

Right click on โ€œThis PCโ€ โ†’ โ€Propertiesโ€ โ†’ โ€œControl Panelโ€ โ†’ โ€œDevices and Printersโ€ to check if the driver is installed successfully.

Right click on โ€œLabel Printerโ€ โ†’ โ€œPrinting Preferencesโ€ โ†’ โ€œPage Setupโ€. Choose the size you need in โ€œPaper Nameโ€

You can also click on โ€œNewโ€ to create a new size.

Set up other properties in โ€œGraphicalโ€ if you need.

Choose files to print the label samples.

After installation, go to โ€œSystem Preferencesโ€ โ†’ โ€œPrinter and Scannersโ€

Click โ€œ+โ€ to add OFFNOVA Printer

Open a file, select โ€œPrintโ€ and click โ€œPage Setupโ€

Select Paper Size under the format for OFFNOVA Printer.

For MacBook Pro, click โ€œShow Detailsโ€ and select paper size to match your label

You can also click on โ€œManage Custom Sizesโ€ to create new size
